Solidarity, the “Derby of Champions” presented: Tuesday 27th at the Maradona artists and athletes on the field for Santobono

Sports, entertainment and solidarity: presented at Maschio Angioino Il Derby dei Campioni , an event scheduled for Tuesday 27 May (8:45 pm) at the Maradona Stadium in Naples that combines great football with solidarity, legality and the promotion of fundamental values ​​such as inclusion and respect. The initiative will see numerous artists, footballers and protagonists from the world of entertainment and sport on the field committed to the Santobono Pausilipon Foundation , a pediatric excellence in Southern Italy that welcomes and treats children every day with professionalism and dedication, and the ⁠ Unica Foundation - Italian National Union of Anti-Mafia Culture , committed to the front line in the fight against organized crime through projects of education on legality and support for the most vulnerable. The funds raised by the initiative will be donated entirely to charity to these two organizations.

Two teams will take to the field: Napoli – Il Derby dei Campioni against Italian Legends – FC Zeta Milano . The latter , a third-tier team founded in 2024, is also a true media phenomenon capable of aggregating, through a strong presence on social media, an audience equal to that of some Serie A teams thanks to the talents who manage and compose it and the prominent team that generates content from the team's matches and activities. Founder and president of FC Zeta Milano is ZW Jackson, a youtuber with one million subscribers and a point of reference in football for an under-25 target.

The protagonists on the field will be champions, former footballers, artists and show business personalities including Alfonso Camorani, Angelo Pagotto, Marco Maddaloni, Ciro Giustiniani, Nicola Caramiello, Ciccio Caputo, Francesco D'Alessio, Andrea Conti, Stefano Sorrentino, Nicola Legrottaglie, Gianfranco Gallo, Gianluca di Gennaro, Marco Lanzuise, Luciano Marangon, Ciccio Merolla, Ludo Brusco Mr Hyde, Gaetano Migliaccio, Enrico Tijiani, Mariano Bruno, Emmanuele Matino, Mimmo Montuori, Salvatore Turco, Peppe Laurato, Antonio Ottaiano, Aurelio Fierro, Sergio Sivori, Veronica Maya, Giovanna Sannino, Elena Starace and many others.

The organizers of the initiative Massimo Scherillo (Saxsum events) and Giuseppe Angioletti (AG events), Giuseppe Papaccio (Aics), the councilor for Sport of the Municipality of Naples Emanuela Ferrante , the vice president of the City Council of Naples Salvatore Guangi , the founder of Unica – Italian National Union of Anti-Mafia Culture and city councilor Catello Maresca and the director of the Santobono Pausillipon Foundation Flavia Matrisciano spoke at the press conference. Also present, among the many who will be at the Maradona on May 27, are Jedà (former striker of Cagliari and now captain of FC Zeta Milano), the judo champion Marco Maddaloni, among the artists Jerry Gallo , representing the entire Gallo family of excellence in Italian theater and entertainment, Devil A (a rapper from Campania who came to prominence with Amici who will perform his song “Incredibile” on the very current theme of body shaming), the DJ singer-songwriter Nox , protagonist of the Sanremo music awards; the singer and son of art Francesco Da Vinci , the actress of Gomorra and Mare fuori Elena Starace, Raffaella Ambrosino (soprano who will perform the Italian national anthem before the kick-off of the Derby dei Campioni); the actress and digital creator Mirea Flavia Stellato and the youtubers Fius Gamer and Shaleboom .

The event will be filmed on television and later broadcast on Dope+ , a Prime Video exclusive, with Ugo Autuori as director of the partnership. Cinzia Profita will be the host and curator of the TV special for Dope+.

The Derby dei Campioni, with kick-off set for 8.45pm, will be enriched by moments of entertainment with the performance of the Wind Orchestra of the Margherita di Savoia High School of Naples , which will make the entrance of the teams onto the field solemn, and a musical show with performances by nationally and internationally renowned artists between the first and second half.

The initiative organized by Massimo Scherillo and Giuseppe Angioletti has obtained the collaboration of a large network of local and national entities that believed in the value of this event by offering their contribution for its realization. The official technical sponsor will be Givoa, while for the awards ceremony unique artistic plaques were created by the artist Sharon.
